November was a busy month for CreaDigi project. First, we met with potential partners in the field of tourism at the 10th Baltic Sea Tourism Forum in Turku. We also got to experience a renaissance style dinner at Turku castle hosted by Duke John of Finland and Duchess Catherine Jagiellon of Finland. A great example of how to utilize storytelling building on local cultural heritage to create memorable experiences.
In mid-November, we travelled to St Petersburg for the 4th Annual NDPC Forum where cultural tourism, regional policies and cultural projects were in the focus. Great input for our project!
Share your experiences – respond to our survey on tourism and creative industries’ collaboration!
We are keen to learn about your experiences, learnings and challenges of cross-sector collaboration between tourism sector actors and cultural and creative industry (CCI) actors. In particular, we are interested in finding examples of innovative utilization of non-traditional CCI areas, such as gamification, mobile applications and virtual/augmented reality. Please, share your experiences with us by responding to our survey. It will only take a few minutes.
The survey results are utilized in producing a state-of-play report of tourism-CCI cross-sector collaboration in the Baltic Sea Region. In addition, the results are utilized in the development of a project proposal for the third call of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region.
